They loaded two 26 foot trucks for us full of delicate chinaware, crystal and antique furniture, all in less than 5 hours. I had zero breakage or loss when I unpacked after the move. The owner was very accommodating and asked me necessary questions to help the move go smoothly. I was given a flat rate per hour. As expected 3 people showed up for the move. "Highly recommend. My girlfriend and I used Big Gunz to unload when we moved to Dallas a year ago and used them again to load our Uhaul to move back to Austin. They're the best movers we've ever used! Very professional but friendly, and did an absolutely stellar job packing. We were worried we wouldn't have enough room in our trailer for our things, and when they were done packing we had at least 6 feet left in the trailer. I believe we ended up paying them for 3 hours and it was definitely worth it. Great service!"
